What we collect

When you make an enquiry, request a piece or buy from us, we collect your name, email address, phone number, delivery and billing address, and details of the pieces you are interested in.

Where the law requires it, for example for high-value purchases, we may also ask for identity documents and proof of address.

When you visit the website we collect basic technical data through cookies, as set out in our cookie policy.

How we use it

To answer enquiries and sourcing requests; to arrange viewings, sales and delivery; to meet our legal obligations, including anti-money laundering and tax record keeping; and, with your consent, to tell you about pieces we think you will like.

Legal basis

We rely on the performance of a contract or steps taken before one, our legal obligations, our legitimate interests in running and improving our business, and your consent where we ask for it.

Who we share it with

Couriers and insurers for delivery, payment providers, professional advisers, and authorities where the law requires. We do not sell personal data.

International transfers

Because we source and deliver worldwide, some data may be transferred outside the UK. Where we do this, we use appropriate safeguards such as the UK International Data Transfer Agreement.

How long we keep it

Enquiry records are kept for up to two years. Records of sales are kept for at least six years to meet tax and legal requirements.
