These terms apply to all sales by Kalkar Pieces Ltd, a company registered in England and Wales, company number 17484602, registered office 82a James Carter Road, Bury St. Edmunds, IP28 7DE, United Kingdom.

Pieces and descriptions

We describe every piece as accurately as we can, including its condition and what accompanies it. Pre-owned pieces show signs of previous use consistent with their age, as described. Photographs are for illustration and may differ slightly in colour.

Prices and enquiries

Prices are shown on request and confirmed in writing before any sale. A contract is formed only when we confirm your order in writing and receive payment.

Payment

We accept bank transfer and other methods agreed in writing. Title passes to you when we receive payment in full. Risk passes on delivery.

Authenticity

Every piece we sell is independently authenticated. If a piece is shown not to be genuine as described, we will refund the full price paid.

Delivery

Delivery terms are set out in our shipping and returns policy. Delivery dates are estimates.

Cancellation

If you are a consumer buying at a distance, you have the cancellation rights set out in our shipping and returns policy. These rights do not apply to trade purchases or to pieces made or altered to your specification.

Liability

Nothing in these terms limits our liability for death or personal injury caused by negligence, for fraud, or for anything that cannot be limited by law. Otherwise our liability is limited to the price paid for the piece.

Law

These terms are governed by the law of England and Wales, and the courts of England and Wales have jurisdiction.
