Authentication
Every watch we sell is opened and checked by an independent watchmaker, and every significant stone comes with a report from a recognised laboratory. We do not sell anything we have not seen in person.
The same check is available as a standalone service: if you are buying from a private seller or another dealer, we can inspect the piece before money changes hands and give you a written report.

Some pieces never reach a shop window. We search our network of dealers, collectors and manufacturers for the exact reference, dial, year and set you want.
You receive a shortlist with photographs, condition notes and a price for each option. There is no obligation until you choose a piece.

Pieces travel fully insured for their value with specialist secure couriers, signed for on delivery and packed without branding.
For international orders we explain the likely import duties and taxes before dispatch, so there are no surprises at the door.
