Shipping and returns

Insured delivery

Every piece is shipped fully insured for its value with a specialist secure courier and must be signed for on delivery. Packaging is plain and carries no reference to the contents.

UK delivery

UK deliveries are usually made within two to four working days of cleared payment. Collection by appointment can be arranged.

International delivery

We ship worldwide. International deliveries usually take three to seven working days. Import duties, taxes and brokerage fees are the responsibility of the buyer; we will explain the likely charges before dispatch.

Your right to cancel

If you are a consumer buying at a distance, you can cancel your purchase within 14 days of receiving the piece without giving a reason, under the Consumer Contracts Regulations 2013. Tell us in writing at the email address below.

Returning a piece

Pieces must be returned unworn, in the same condition and with everything they came with, including boxes, papers, tags and any protective stickers. Returns must be fully insured and sent by a tracked, signed-for service. We recommend we arrange the return courier for you.

Refunds

We refund the price paid and the standard delivery charge within 14 days of receiving the piece back and confirming its condition.

Trade sales

Cancellation rights do not apply to trade and business purchases.
